A graduate engineer from ESTACA, Amaury Auffray-Plessix began his career in business aviation as a business engineer based at Le Bourget, where he developed a strong foundation in aircraft charter operations and client relations.
He joined the Luxaviation Group in 2022, progressively taking on both commercial and operational responsibilities. This experience allowed him to develop a broad understanding of the business, from client requirements and commercial development to the operational challenges involved in delivering successful charter missions.
Since January 2025, Amaury has served as Operations Director of Luxaviation One, where he oversees the division’s operational performance and works to ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence for a discerning clientele worldwide.
With experience across both the commercial and operational sides of business aviation, Amaury brings a comprehensive perspective to every mission, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability and delivering a seamless client experience.

Outside of aviation, Amaury is a passionate private pilot with experience flying both powered aircraft and gliders. A dedicated musician, he enjoys playing the piano in his spare time, while tennis helps him stay active and competitive. With a strong affinity for the sea, he also holds a boat licence.
