Sara Chiarelli joined Luxaviation ONE in October 2025 as Director of Italy. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the luxury industry, including 7 years in business aviation, where she specialized in private jet and charter business development.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked with a range of luxury companies as well as some of the world’s leading aircraft charter companies. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of high-end clientele, business development and the level of service expected in the luxury and aviation sectors.
Sara also has an academic background as a University Professor in Economics and Management. A creative and strategic thinker, she combines her knowledge of business management with extensive experience in High-End, VIP and institutional relations. Her expertise includes partnership and co-branding projects, brand management and business development strategies.
She is particularly focused on understanding the expectations of her clients and delivering highly bespoke solutions with elegance, discretion and absolute precision.
